With a foundation in Madison Avenue’s top ad firms, I’ve applied my expertise to reshaping the fintech landscape at JPMorgan and, most recently, BNY Mellon. Experience

I’ve spent my career designing and leading UX teams that transform complex problems into intuitive, high-impact solutions. After earning a B.I.D. in Industrial and Interaction Design from Syracuse, I began my career during the original internet boom at agencies like McCann Erickson and Organic Online, shaping UX before it even had a name. I later transitioned into Fintech, taking on senior UX roles at JPMorgan, Chase, and BNY Mellon, where I built and scaled global design teams and led UX transformations that aligned human-centered design with business objectives. With a focus on user-first design, enterprise UX, and AI-driven experiences, I thrive on solving challenges, mentoring teams, and creating seamless digital experiences that bridge technology and user needs to drive business success.

Global Group Manager of UX, Director for BNY Mellon Shared Services, Operations & Technology
Transformed the user experience across BNY Mellon as a Global UX leader, driving innovation and overseeing multidisciplinary design teams across key global locations, including New York, Pittsburgh, Poland, India, and Israel. Directed a broad spectrum of UX activities, from user research and testing to interaction and visual design..

J P Morgan Global Wealth Management

As the Head of UX for Technology and Senior UX Product Designer within JPMorgan's Digital Wealth Management Technology division, I led the user experience, research, analysis, and visual design for internal products developed within the Jersey City DWM Tech pod. I designed and launched Client Exchange, transforming internal interactions by bringing actionable interchanges to the forefront. Additionally, I revamped the Doc Management toolset, modernizing workflows and improving efficiency. In this leadership role, I collaborated with product and engineering teams to drive UX strategy, establish design standards, and ensure intuitive, high-performance solutions that aligned with business and user needs.

At Agency.com, I led a dynamic 14-person creative team—comprising art directors, copywriters, producers, and programmers—to deliver innovative and award-winning campaigns. As the Associate Creative Director, I was at the forefront of conceptual development, serving as editor, instructor, team leader, and presenter. I acted as the primary creative lead and direct point of contact for all client engagements, shaping strategic vision and driving ideation that consistently elevated our creative standards. During my tenure, I had the privilege of working with major brands such as Disney, Land Rover, General Motors, Sprint, Discovery Channel, Nokia, British Airways, Columbia House, Staples, and many more—each collaboration a testament to our commitment to creative excellence.

Organic Media/Online

At Organic Media, I co-launched the creative department alongside Creative Director Stephen Tortorici, laying the foundation for a vibrant and innovative creative ecosystem. From the outset, I managed both staffing and the creative vision, establishing critical company-wide standards—from desktop organization and naming conventions to server file structures and email protocols. I pioneered the Rich-Media Initiative, a forward-thinking directive to transcend traditional banner advertising. This initiative empowered me to conceptualize and design nearly all client banners during my tenure, elevating our digital presence with creative solutions that truly went “beyond the banner.” In addition to driving external creative excellence, I also spearheaded internal improvements by redesigning the Organic intranet and pitch documents. This comprehensive approach ensured that our creative strategies and communications were not only innovative but also seamlessly integrated across the organization.

Chase Wealth Management

At Chase Bank, I spearhead the design and development of integrated, end-to-end client communication solutions that drive actionable results. Leveraging DocuSign, I architect streamlined workflows and craft intuitive wireframes and user experiences for a variety of platforms, including dynamic Chase consumer pages and an innovative Action Center communication portal tailored for both Chase Private Clients and Investment Banking Clients. Worked hand-in-hand with the Digital Client Experience team to ensure a seamless, holistic user flow that bridges internal efficiency with external engagement. Simplified complex processes and elevated the client journey through thoughtful design and strategic digital integration.

At JWT, I was tasked with transforming the digital footprint and user experience for top-tier healthcare and tourism brands. I led comprehensive research, conceptualization, and UX strategy initiatives, while delivering compelling visual designs for renowned brands such as PediaCare, SudaCare, Sudafed, Desitin, and the Irish Tourism Bureau. My work seamlessly bridged digital innovation and traditional media—optimizing websites, enhancing interface designs, and crafting persuasive advertising copy that fostered a truly user-centric experience. I established robust design standards and strategic frameworks that significantly improved usability, engagement, and conversion rates across multiple high-impact campaigns  setting new benchmarks for excellence in user experience and brand connectivity.

McCann Erickson

At McCann Erickson, I was one of the first five employees in the interactive division and one of only two designers responsible for the entire spectrum of creative work. I managed every phase of design and production—from initial concept and UX design to content engineering. I spearheaded the creation of dynamic, user-centric websites for major clients including L’Oréal, GMC, and Tiffany, while also maintaining and enhancing the US Airways website and developing specialized subsites such as CargoWorks and Personal Travelworks. Additionally, I crafted all the interactive elements for the Mastercard “PRICELESS” campaign pitch. My time at McCann Erickson  demonstrated my ability to drive digital innovation in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
