Once you have all the data, it becomes time to analyze that data to draw conclusions. Venn Diagrams can help to isolate USER needs vs BUSINESS needs.

AFFINITY MAPPING

Affinity Mapping is a key step in the Analytics phase to synthesize the data. The UX design process requires user feedback to dictate the design flow, and mapping the data helps the design team isolate pain points, features, problems, and solutions. Affinity Mapping can also help the team to identify the target persona or personas.
