OnTarget Mobile App Development

For this project, I was tasked with taking an existing responsive web mobile solution and transforming it into a HIG iOS 10 compliant app using existing assets, style guide, and features. I did actually add one major feature, transforming the tool into a more appropriate communication tool, as testing showed that this feature was a tremendous need by the users on the field.

OnTarget is a construction management company that  came with a responsive website serving as its mobile app and asked for a UX redesign for its mobile solution within just a 3 week timeline.

UX Design Process

Discovery

The process begins with a look into the Competitive Landscape, and an Analysis of the current mobile application

Research

The Research Process involves Analysis of the data, Heuristics, Surveys, Affinity Mapping, and creating the Persona.

Iteration

Before delivery, the Iteration phase involved storyboarding, User Flows, Sketching, Prototyping, User Testing, and A-B Testing.

Delivery

The Client was presented with a Keynote presentation and High Fidelity prototype of the delivery version of the OnTarget Mobile App. Click below to view them.
